            The Committee on Government Organization moves to amend the bill on page two, line one after the word “authorized” by striking out the period and inserting in lieu thereof a comma and the words “with the following amendment:

            On page 2, section 2.15 by striking out the words “in this proviso” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “herein”.”
